COMMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

· 4-5 photos indicating your favorite pose(s)

· finished size preference

· Dog tag can be inserted into the artwork (optional)

· Tabletop stand (optional)

Gary will call to discuss details of the project.  Also note that a 50% down payment will be required prior to starting the project. Price of the finished project is dependent upon size and varieties of wood involved.
